Senior Commercial Architect
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and be able to lead projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for commercial projects, including creating initial concepts, developing detailed plans, and overseeing construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their budget and timeline requirements.
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout all project phases.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented accurately.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, preferably with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and team members.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles.

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. We also offer benefits such as accommodation assistance for non-local candidates.
