Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and oversee the construction of commercial buildings in St. Petersburg. You will work with clients to understand their needs and create detailed plans for each project. Your expertise in building codes, materials, and construction methods will ensure that all designs meet safety standards and are cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss their commercial building needs and create detailed design plans
- Research and analyze building codes, materials, and construction methods to determine the best approach for each project
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and safe
- Create 2D and 3D models of building designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses related to the project
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are being followed correctly
- Address any issues or changes that arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and other professionals involved in the project
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Biometric passport for easy international travel
- Experience working on commercial projects in St. Petersburg
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluent in English

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: St. Petersburg
