Part-time Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Multan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through various channels, including online booking platforms, corporate partnerships, and event bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for group bookings and partnerships
- Manage relationships with online booking platforms to drive direct bookings
- Coordinate with the events team to secure event bookings for the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the hotel team to review performance and set new targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests during their stay at the hotel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and corporate partnerships preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
Salary: 1500$ per month (based on experience)
Location: Multan, Pakistan (open to all nationalities)
