Part-Time Teamlead in Esbjerg

As a Part-Time Teamlead in Esbjerg, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service
- Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, attendance, and other relevant data
- Participate in meetings to discuss team progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic computer programs (Word, Excel)
- Must have the legal right to work in Denmark with a valid biometric passport
- Must be able to work part-time hours without accommodation

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Location: Esbjerg (candidate's nationality or location is not strictly required)
