A reputable architecture firm in Kolding, Denmark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid work permit for Denmark (free visa provided if needed)
- Willingness to travel for project site visits

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring that it meets design specifications and budget requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep up-to-date with new trends, materials, and technologies in commercial architecture
