Visual Merchandiser


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Muscat. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that attract customers and promote sales. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand image.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in coordination with marketing and sales teams
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase products in an attractive and organized manner
- Ensure all displays follow company guidelines and standards for visual aesthetics
- Collaborate with store managers to plan out design concepts for new product launches or promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed for displays
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques to maintain consistency across stores
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of displays and make adjustments as needed to improve sales performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while setting up displays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong eye for design and creativity with the ability to think outside the box
- Knowledge of retail merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
