As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects in Ufa, Russia. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior architects, as well as collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Ufa
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong attention to detail
