Job Title: Senior Architect - Ufa, Russia



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$, along with accommodation, free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion
- Lead the design team and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with design plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD software
- Review and approve shop drawings submitted by contractors
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in architecture
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with Russian building codes and regulations
