Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and provide technical guidance to the project team.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Review and approve architectural drawings and designs.
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Manage project budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their professional development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager.
- Knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience working in Jerusalem or the Middle East region.
- Fluency in English (spoken & written).

Salary:
1500$ per month

Jerusalem
