We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Sheduva, Philippines. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Your main goal is to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to project plans
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim work
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws or adhesives
- Inspect structures to ensure they meet safety regulations
- Repair damaged or defective structures using hand tools or power tools
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, chisels, etc.
- Excellent understanding of construction safety regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials
- Attention to detail with good manual dexterity
- Filipino nationality preferred
