Job Title: Experienced Plasterer in Shan

We are a well-established construction company in Shan, looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to project requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Applies coats of plaster or other materials to walls and ceilings
- Smoothes out imperfections and creates textures
- Applies finishing coats of plaster or sanding down layers until smooth
- May install insulation or soundproofing materials
- May mix plaster by hand or using a machine
- Ensures work area is clean and tidy after completion of project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- In-depth knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials
- Familiarity with safety regulations
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Shan

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani or Malayalee candidates. Fluency in English is required for communication with the team.
