Architectural Manager


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Manager to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal. As the Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction for our projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, with accommodation provided and a free visa and ticket.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop architectural plans that meet their specifications and budget. You will also manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process. Additionally, you will liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Experience working on large-scale projects is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans that meet client specifications and budget
- Manage a team of architects and designers
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee all aspects of architectural design including concept development, construction drawings, materials selection, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural design
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design/project management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes/regulations
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working on large-scale projects is a plus
