Junior Web Developer

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Web Developer to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function. You will work closely with our team of designers and developers to bring our clients' visions to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with back-end web development using languages like PHP or Python. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create visually appealing websites
- Write clean, efficient code based on project specifications
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues that may arise during development
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to the project manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with back-end web development using languages such as PHP or Python
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles

Salary: 1000$ per month.
