We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's contracts. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Manage contract negotiations with clients and vendors
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including amendments, extensions, and terminations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of contract deliverables
- Monitor contract performance to identify potential risks or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- High level of organization and attention to detail
