Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect in Kolding, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of clients and adhere to safety standards. You will work closely with engineers, construction teams, and clients to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and structures based on client requirements and budget
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction
- Analyze site conditions and conduct feasibility studies
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and make adjustments to designs accordingly
- Attend project meetings to provide updates on progress and address any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date on building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Ensure that all designs comply with environmental regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and industry standards
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
Salary: $1600 per month (part-time)
Location: Kolding (must be willing to work on-site)
