Job Title: Industrial Architect (Kolding, Denmark)


We are in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using specialized software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that it stays on schedule and meets design specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess potential issues and provide solutions
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Excellent design skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Kolding, Denmark. Candidates must be able to work without accommodation.
