Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main focus will be on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and desired aesthetic
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information
- Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to implement design plans
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are being met
- Make necessary revisions to design plans based on client feedback or site conditions
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for employees who do not have their own visa.

Preference:
