Office Administrator
We are in need of a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute emails, memos, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with information as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English (Arabic fluency is a plus)
