We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Utena. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to safety, environmental, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed projects
- Research building materials and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality control standards are met
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proven track record of successfully completing industrial projects on time and within budget
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. This job is open for all nationalities; however, proficiency in English is required. This position does not require relocation; therefore, applicants must already be based in Utena or willing to commute.
