We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Gujrat. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, shopping centers, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop project goals and objectives
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with building codes
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits during construction phase to ensure design specifications are being met
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will be provided, along with visa sponsorship for non-Gujrat residents.
