Restaurant Manager for Part-Time Position in Greenland

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality food and service standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency
- Create schedules for employees, taking into account their skills and availability
- Train new employees on proper procedures, policies, and techniques to ensure consistency in service quality
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve performance when needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials that align with customer preferences
- Manage inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed while staying within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to work legally within Greenland without requiring accommodation or sponsorship
