Head Baker


We are a well-established bakery in Kolding seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including production, quality control, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of all baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness.
- Create and implement new recipes and menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies.
- Train and supervise bakery staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a professional baker.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team player with strong leadership abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred).
- Must have own transportation to commute to work.
