Job Title: Senior Construction Manager



We are a leading construction company in Ajman seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee and lead our projects. Our company specializes in high-end residential and commercial buildings, and we are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in construction management.

As a Senior Construction Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful completion of our projects within the given timeline and budget. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for each project.
- Monitor progress on site to ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the progress of their projects.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in construction management, preferably in high-end residential or commercial buildings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month along with benefits such as visa sponsorship for non-nationals.
