Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of various projects in the city of Ajman. Your main responsibility will be to plan, organize, and control all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to final completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. As an Indian national with fluency in English, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the growth and development of the city's infrastructure. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience but does require candidates to have their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Problem-solving skills
