Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Jizan. As the Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met
- Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with project managers to develop cost-effective solutions and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
