Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Vianden. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and facilities. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings, factories, and facilities according to client requirements and specifications
- Creating detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD software
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Overseeing construction progress to ensure that it adheres to design plans and meets quality standards
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, address issues or concerns, and provide solutions when necessary
- Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vianden (relocation assistance may be provided for non-local candidates)

Nationality: Pakistani preferred (but not required)
