Construction Manager - Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process, from initial conception to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to review plans and specifications
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure they stay on schedule
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Lead regular meetings with project team members to discuss progress and address any challenges or changes in plans
- Resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise between team members or stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in Liechtenstein
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
