We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our bustling café in Randers, Denmark. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other specialty beverages to our valued customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate, however, a 12 pass qualification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
- Ensure consistent quality in all beverages by following company standards
- Take orders from customers and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is an asset)
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs if required
