A popular cafe in Randers, Denmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our cafe's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe's coffee station
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed when handling food items
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed
- Collaborate with team members to create new beverage offerings or promotions

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints or difficult situations calmly
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
- Must be able to legally work in Denmark without accommodation

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
