Restaurant Manager
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant in Lom, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and delicious food. You will lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service. Your responsibilities will include scheduling shifts, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests and handling any customer concerns or complaints. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal position with the potential for long-term employment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
