Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Lom. As a manager, you will be responsible for supervising and training staff, ensuring high quality customer service, maintaining inventory and supplies, and managing financial aspects of the restaurant such as budgeting and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff
- Ensure consistent high quality customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates or changes in procedures
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and financial aspects
- Ability to create and implement policies to improve efficiency while maintaining high quality standards
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Must be able to work full time without prior experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
