Indian Waiter in Bansko


We are seeking an experienced Indian Waiter to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the lively city of Bansko. As an Indian Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus and take orders accurately
- Make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and dining area
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a waiter, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu items
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English is not required but would be an advantage
- Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
