Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Esbjerg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. You will use your knowledge of computer systems and networks to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Set up and maintain network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities for future reference
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking protocols (TCP/IP)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients of all levels of technical understanding
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
