Sales Manager for Indian Market in Izhevsk

We are a rapidly growing company in Izhevsk looking for a Sales Manager to oversee the Indian market. This role is suitable for men with experience in sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in the Indian market
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Promote our products and services through various channels such as social media, events, and trade shows
- Understand the needs of our Indian clients and provide them with tailored solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of the Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Must have own visa to work in Izhevsk

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$, plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position but we are open to considering part-time arrangements for exceptional candidates.
