Accountant for Contract Position in Acre, India


We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Acre, India on a contract basis. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports and statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform decision making
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Communicate with external stakeholders such as auditors or tax authorities as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends or discrepancies
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided.
