Junior Commercial Architect


As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Horsens, Denmark. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create unique and functional spaces that meet their specifications and budget. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.

Your main duties will include creating architectural plans, conducting site visits and surveys, collaborating with engineers and contractors, preparing project proposals and budgets, and obtaining necessary permits. You will also be involved in project management, ensuring that timelines are met and budgets are adhered to.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. Prior experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required. As this is a junior position, training will be provided to help you develop your skills.

In addition to technical knowledge, we are looking for someone who is highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail is crucial in order to produce accurate plans and designs. You must also have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

This position comes with a salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation if needed. We also offer sponsorship for obtaining a biometric passport if you do not already have one.
