Part-Time Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Part-Time Commercial Architect to join our team in Horsens. As a leading architecture firm, we specialize in commercial projects and we are looking for an individual who shares our passion for innovative design and attention to detail. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for commercial projects
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Create visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.
