Job Title: Senior Commercial Architect

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings in Horsens. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your main duties will include creating project proposals, developing detailed plans and blueprints, conducting site visits and inspections, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in commercial architecture with at least 5 years of experience. You must also possess excellent design skills, knowledge of building codes and regulations, and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit. Additionally, you should have strong project management skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
