Executive Chef for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Roskilde
We are searching for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at our upscale fine dining restaurant located in the charming city of Roskilde. As our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that are innovative and of high quality
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
