Architectural Technologist in Utena, Lithuania

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for creating architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design software, as well as collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure project accuracy and feasibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure project accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design purposes
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all requirements
- Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
