As a skilled Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. Your main goal will be to ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared and painted to the highest standards, while adhering to safety protocols and customer specifications. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all deadlines are met and that the final results meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and ensuring they are clean and free of debris
- Select the appropriate paint or coating for each surface and mix it to the correct consistency
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure that all safety measures are followed at all times
- Communicate with project manager to understand client needs and expectations
- Complete projects within specified timeframes while maintaining high quality standards
- Keep track of inventory and inform project manager of any materials needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional painter in residential or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to interpret client requests and follow specifications accurately
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions if necessary
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

This position is located in Faro, a beautiful city on the southern coast of Portugal known for its beaches, historic sites, and vibrant culture.
