Part-Time Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, while working closely with our full-time team. This position is perfect for students looking to gain valuable experience in the field of construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation
- Communicate regularly with full-time team members to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Must be available to work part-time hours during weekdays and weekends if needed

Salary:
$1100 per month (based on 20 hours per week)

Roskilde, Denmark (preference for local candidates)
