Web Designer

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, requiring strong design skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Designing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
- Creating wireframes and mockups for approval
- Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into design revisions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in web design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas to team members and clients
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills

Preferred:
- Experience with UI/UX design
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
