Head Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant


We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our upscale fine dining restaurant in Moscow. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menu items, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment, strong leadership skills, creativity in menu development, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menu items that meet the restaurant's standards for quality, presentation, and taste
- Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu items

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative approach to menu development with the ability to balance traditional techniques with modern trends
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
