We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our fast-growing team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of new and existing software applications. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development process from conception to deployment
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Mentor and coach junior developers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian proficiency is a plus)
