Junior IT Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As a Junior IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for all IT systems and equipment within the company. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new technology, and ensuring the security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all hardware and software related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Manage security solutions, including firewalls and antivirus software.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Evaluate new technology and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train employees on how to use new software or hardware.
- Ensure data backup processes are running smoothly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT support role.
- Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. Candidates with their own visa will be given preference.
