Job Title: Part-time Teamlead in Lahore


We are hiring a part-time Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals
- Monitor team progress and provide regular reports to upper management
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of company processes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Lahore, Pakistan. However, remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.
