Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companyβs general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain office equipment such as printers, computers, etc.
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of office devices (e.g. printers)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

Salary: 1400$
