Computer Systems Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst for a contract position in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex computer systems and processes to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for enhancements. You will also be involved in the design, development, and implementation of new systems to meet the changing needs of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Make recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and develop new computer systems and processes to meet business needs
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth implementation
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
