- Assist with luggage storage and delivery
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly demeanor with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Prior experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not required
